Kayla Jessop, RDN, CDN, CEDRD-S is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and certified eating disorder dietitian based in New York, NY. With experience as the Lead Dietitian at the top eating disorder treatment center in Manhattan, she is most known for being an "eating disorder expert." Kayla has excellent experience working in different levels of care such as Day Treatment Program, Intensive Outpatient Program, and Outpatient Groups. She provided nutrition counseling, meal support, and ran multiple groups a week that focus on the recovery process such as intuitive eating, cooking groups, body image, and much more. Kayla is passionate about her work and is constantly seeking the latest research to help her clients. For example, this summer she will be co-leading NYC first RO-DBT (Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy) class with Maggie Ritnour, LMHC, LCAT, ATR-BC.
With the few remaining hours in the day, Kayla likes to practice yoga, relax on the couch with a good book or TV show, and spend as much time as possible outdoors. Kayla lives in Manhattan, NY with her husband and soon to be therapy dog named Mochi.
