therapeutic meal support

Currently, we provide virtual meal support sessions for both adults and adolescents. Through meal support, fear around meals and the recovery process will decrease. You will gain trust in yourself and strengthen your recovery voice, feeling empowered to make the best choices for your ongoing recovery.

  • Practice normalized eating and challenge your fear foods

  • Process thoughts and feelings with me in a safe, structured environment


Current Meal Support Details:

  • Adult Sessions:

    Mondays: 12pm MST (lunch meal)

    Fridays: 3pm MST (snack)

    Adolescent sessions:

    Tuesdays: 3pm MST (snack)

  • Sessions will take place virtually via zoom. Please reach out for more information and to receive the zoom link!

  • $20/meal, billed monthly.

    We ask that participants commit to sessions for one month at a time.

  • Is this a one on one session with an RD?

    No, these meal support sessions are done in a small group, virtually.
