Hi, I’m Morgan Voight (she/her), a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with a passion for the connection between movement and eating disorder recovery. I earned my Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England, where I focused my research on the prevalence of eating disorders within the LGBTQ+ community. My experience spans multiple levels of care, including residential, PHP, and IOP, and I integrate Health at Every Size (HAES) and Intuitive Eating principles into my practice to help individuals foster a more peaceful relationship with food and movement.
My Approach
I believe in the power of mindful movement and the importance of making space for joy in the recovery process. As both a dietitian and yoga teacher, I love helping clients reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels supportive and empowering. My goal is to provide compassionate, inclusive care that honors each individual’s unique journey.
Beyond Nutrition
Outside of work, you’ll often find me practicing yoga, exploring the outdoors, or planning my next adventure. When I’m indoors, I love painting, puzzling, and cozying up with a good movie.
"What made us choose to work with the practice was since I had previously worked with Kayla myself, I knew she would be able to help guide me to a dietitian who would have the same values and attitude as I did. She guided me to Morgan after I told her I wanted **** to work with someone who would get along with teens and be able to help her through her issues.
As far as what has been most helpful and supportive, there have been several things. First, **** is somewhat picky when it comes to adults she relates to and trusts in her life. You made her (and I) so comfortable in that first visit and related to her so well. She felt comfortable, at ease, and not judged right away. neither of us knew what ARFID was prior to meeting with you. It has been helpful for you to suggest exposure foods for a couple reasons, first I am out of ideas, and second ***** responds better to your suggestions than she does mine. (Oh teenagers!) She feels supported having you as an ally and I appreciate your support through email as I have questions, your flexibility in getting us scheduled, and the care you give *****, it is nice to have a supportive adult in her corner.
We love working with you and I am so happy with the progress she has made."
