Hi, I’m Sara — I’m really glad you’re here!
Reaching out for help can feel scary, especially when you’ve been struggling with food or your body for a long time. I understand that on a personal level. My own experience with an eating disorder—and the kindness I received from an amazing dietitian and therapist—completely changed my life. It’s the reason I do this work today! I care deeply about creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and never judged.
My Approach
My goal is to help those that work with me see their worth and bring genuine joy and peace back into their lives while kicking the eating disorder to the curb. I graduated from BYU with a degree in Genetics, and later earned my master’s from Grand Canyon University in 2025. Areas I'm truly passionate about are eating disorders, relative energy deficiency in sport (REDs), and pregnancy nutrition. I use an intuitive eating and Health at Every Size approach, and I love incorporating RO-DBT skills to help clients build more flexibility and trust with food. Outside of work, my husband and I have a sweet baby girl, I love trail running, decorating sugar cookies, and listening to Indie Folk music while sprawling out on my living room rug.
